This coffee comes from small producers surrounding the Dry Mill de Santa Rosa in Pueblo Nuevo Viñas, within Guatemala's rainy, ex-volcanic Nuevo Oriente region. The mineral-rich volcanic soils here allow plantations to flourish and produce complex coffees. A blend of Bourbon, Pacas, Caturra, and Catuai varieties is harvested manually with great selectivity, ensuring exceptional fruit maturity and homogeneity.
