Roaster notes

The Chalchissa farm spans 150 hectares nestled in a beautiful forest within Ethiopia's Jimma appellation, where coffee trees benefit from a rich natural environment. This natural-processed coffee is dried on raised beds for twenty days under the sun—covered at night and during rain—and harvested by hand using meticulous techniques that are increasingly rare in the region. The unique flora of this forest contributes to the distinctive character of this high-altitude, forest-grown coffee.
