This Sidama coffee comes from the Shilicho cooperative in Ethiopia's Darra district, near the border of Yirgacheffe. Grown at 1800-1900 meters altitude as heirloom varieties and washed processed, it offers subtle notes of bergamot and jasmine complemented by chocolatey smoothness.
