Sourced from the Rivero Family’s estate in Lara, Venezuela, this specialty coffee is cultivated at high altitudes on steep Andean slopes where harvesting is done entirely by hand. The washed processing method yields a clean and balanced cup with medium body and mild acidity. Distinctive notes of milk chocolate, fudge, and amarena cherries lead to a long, sweet finish that highlights the lot’s elegant complexity.
