Grown on fertile volcanic soil in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, this coffee is cultivated by Cooperativa Los Ausoles with careful attention to quality. The beans ripen slowly at high altitudes, resulting in a full-bodied and beautifully balanced cup. It offers soft tones of milk chocolate, honey, and caramel, finished with mild acidity and a sweet aftertaste.
