This washed espresso from Indonesia's Central Java region comes from the high-altitude plantations (1450-1560 meters) of the Sunda Tilu cooperative in Pangalengan. The story begins with Asep Rukman, a former dairy farmer who purchased his first farm for a pack of cigarettes in 1986 and later became a pioneer in his region's specialty coffee scene, now inspiring 28 farmers through sustainable agriculture practices.
