This single-origin espresso hails from Fazenda Barinas in Brazil's Minas Gerais province, where a family has cultivated coffee for seven generations since the early 1800s. Grown at 950 to 1,000 meters altitude and naturally processed, this Arara variety delivers a round, accessible cup with notes of chocolate, nuts, brown sugar, and stone fruit—familiar yet with added depth. The farm's commitment to regenerative agriculture and biodiversity creates ideal conditions for Arabica coffee in the Cerrado Mineiro area's stable tropical climate.
