This Ethiopian Sidamo brings together the Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho varieties grown at 1,800 meters in a region renowned for its genetic diversity. The cup offers a lighter yet complex body that fills the mouth with floral jasmine notes, the sweetness of raw cane sugar, and delicate fruit tones—all balanced enough to shine even when paired with milk. Designed as an "Omniröstung," this medium roast was crafted to perform beautifully across every brewing method, from hand filter and French Press through drip machines and portafilter espresso.
