This Kenyan coffee hails from high-altitude farms 100 kilometers north of Nairobi, where cherries ripened on nutrient-rich volcanic soil under ideal climatic conditions before being processed using the washed method. The result is a remarkably clean cup showcasing delicate notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, and orange—a balanced fruit sweetness that avoids the sometimes overwhelming rosehip or tomato flavors associated with Kenyan coffees.
