This espresso from Brazil's Sul de Minas region offers a rich cup with notes of milk chocolate, walnut, and plum. The beans come from Grupo Cafeina—a women-led collective within the Cocatrel cooperative where more than 1,100 producer women have united to share knowledge and strengthen their role in coffee farming. Natural-processed Yellow Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties are carefully dried on patios before resting for about a month, preparing them for roasting.
