This washed coffee comes from Finca La Maravilla, a family-run farm in the fertile Huehuetenango region of western Guatemala near the Mexican border. The lot hails from the El Mezcal parcel, grown with Bourbon and Caturra varieties on land that was once part of the renowned Finca El Injerto II estate. On the cup, it delivers an excellent 86-point profile featuring notes of black rooibos tea, dark chocolate, raisins, stone fruit, and nougat—a versatile Omniroast suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
