Roaster notes

This Sidra variety from Finca San Francisco is grown by Consuelo Rubio at 1,850 meters in Jaén, Cajamarca. The family-run estate has cultivated coffee since the 1970s, with women leading every stage of production today. Washed processing and extended anaerobic fermentation yield a cup featuring cantaloupe melon, rosehips, cucumber, and cacao notes.
