Flores del Café is grown by the women of Aldea Global cooperative in the highlands of Jinotega, Nicaragua, at elevations between 1,100 and 1,400 meters. This washed Arabica coffee supports the Women's Fund Project, helping female farmers own land and achieve economic independence while maintaining sustainable cultivation practices. The cup reveals an elegant, layered character with delicate floral notes, subtle caramel sweetness, and a pleasantly mild acidity that lingers in a soft, harmonious finish.
