Roaster notes

With great love, the Ureña Rojas family runs small-scale coffee production on the farm Café Rivense in Chirripó. The couple Regulo and Isabel have both grown coffee since 18 years of age, and their sons Ricardo, Luis, and Esteban follow in their footsteps. As the next generation of coffee growers, they will take over the farm and run it in the same genuine and passionate spirit as their parents.
