Guatemala San Marcos Washed Microlot

Roaster notes

This microlot from Finca Manila in San Marcos, Guatemala grows at 1450-1800 metres above sea level where limited sunlight on steep slopes allows Pacamara cherries to ripen slowly. The washed coffee develops a concentrated flavour profile balanced by mineral-rich clay soils, offering notes of caramel apple and apricot with black tea undertones, complemented by toffee aromas, medium body, and bright acidity.
