This coffee hails from Uganda's Rwenzori region, where ripe cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds at the Nyabirongo processing station. Partner organization Agri Evolve works with smallholder farmers to ensure quality sorting and uniform fermentation. The result is a fruity, round, clear cup with pronounced character—each batch traceable by altitude and location.
