Assembly House Espresso brings together selected day lots from smallholder producers across Peru's Cajamarca region—high-altitude farms harvested early in the season and processed on site. This intentional blend combines 20% natural process with washed coffees to create a profile that reflects the best of the region: creamy, sweet, and smooth. Designed for espresso but also delicious brewed French Press style, it delivers prominent sweetness, low acidity, and viscous texture.
