Whole beans roasted for brewing come from Finca Plan del Hoyo, a farm owned by Francisco de Sola in Apaneca, El Salvador at 1760 meters altitude. Here he cultivates Anacafé 14, an arabica variety that produces a delightfully sweet coffee with notes of raw sugar, cola, and citrus.
