This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Plan del Hoyo in Apaneca, El Salvador, where owner Francisco de Sola cultivates the Anacafé 14 variety at 1760 meters above sea level. The cup delivers a lovely sweetness with distinct notes of raw sugar, cola, and bright citrus. Grown high in the mountains of this renowned Salvadoran region, these whole beans offer a balanced and aromatic experience that highlights the unique character of this small farm's harvest.
