Sourced from Ocholo Bedecha’s farm in Ethiopia’s Guji district, this single-origin coffee is a rare example of estate-grown beans rather than cooperative lots. Cultivated on rugged terrain between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level, the cherries are washed to highlight their clean character. This medium roast is crafted specifically for brewing methods like pour-over or French press.
