Roaster notes

This exceptional Ethiopian coffee comes exclusively from Bekele Gemeda's 6.5-hectare farm in the village of Worka, Yirgacheffe district. Unlike most Ethiopian coffees that originate from cooperatives where garden farmers supplement their income, this is a rare single-farm lot cultivated at elevations between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level. Bekele works full-time on his farm alongside two of his sons, allowing for dedicated attention to quality in Ethiopia's characteristically hilly landscape.
