Roaster notes

This organic single-origin coffee from Peru's Cajamarca region comes from the Condor Huabal farm in the Huabal terroir near Jaén, harvested at 1660 meters altitude. The lot unites production from six smallholder farmers who work together through a cooperative to bring their high-altitude beans to market. Expect a bright cup with notes of coconut, orange, roasted almonds, caramel, and citrus reflecting the distinctive character of northern Peru's coffee-growing lands.
