Grown in the lush Zamora Chinchipe province of Ecuador, this coffee comes from La Reserva Kanaa, a farm held by the Quevedo family since the 1940s. To ensure optimal drying conditions, cherries are fermented for 96 hours before being transported to Loja’s cooler climate. This careful process preserves clarity and shelf life in every batch.
