Grown in the cool, volcanic highlands of Santa Isabel, this natural Chiroso reflects Arsenio Sandoval’s family legacy and his son Edward’s precise processing methods. Fully ripe cherries are selectively harvested and dried on raised beds to integrate deep fruit sugars into the cup. The result is a structured coffee with expressive clarity, sweetness, and distinct floral and herbal character.
