This Guatemalan blend combines lots from Finca Las Brisas and La Cumbre in Huehuetenango, intentionally crafted to deliver different profiles depending on brewing method. Las Brisas contributes richness and body ideal for espresso while La Cumbre brings complexity and bright acidity perfect for filter coffee. Expect caramel sweetness with green apple notes as filter, or macadamia and chocolate tones pulled as espresso.
