Pure Filter

Roaster notes

Pure Filter is a selection based on Ethiopian Moka coffees, one of the original forms of the Arabica bean. Through numerous travels through Ethiopia, these varieties—ranked among the world's finest coffees—have consistently impressed with their quality. When brewed in filter methods like Chemex or French Press, they develop their unique floral and spicy character.
