This washed coffee from Cajamarca, Peru is a family blend that combines cherries from Augustina, Mauro and Betty Villanueva, each processing their own with slight variations in fermentation times and varieties grown. The result is a consistently clean, sweet and fruity cup showcasing orange, black grape, and caramel notes—some of the best Cajamarca has to offer.
