This Heirloom coffee hails from the heart of Ethiopia's Guji zone near the town of Shakiso, where cherries are hand-sorted, depulped, fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds at the local washing station. The cup delivers a sweet, clear taste with lively acidity that remains balanced rather than overpowering, offering aromas of cane sugar, jasmine, and red berries alongside a smooth, medium body.
