Sourced from the small village of Oporapa in Colombia’s Huila region, this coffee is curated by Juan Fernando Saldarriaga under the Tierra de Cafe name. Leveraging his extensive expertise in cultivation, he collaborates with local farms to ensure consistently high quality standards across the area. The resulting cup offers a sweet and aromatic profile characterized by distinct notes of honey, floral tones, and rich molasses.
