This espresso roast comes from the Nova "Café des Mamas" project—a women-led coffee farm in northern Rwanda dedicated to advancing female education and empowerment. The washed Bourbon lot showcases the strength of Rwandan women through a rich cup featuring milk chocolate, melon, and vanilla notes. Grown at 1,800-2,000 meters on volcanic soils, this single-origin Arabica delivers a persistent, sweet body with bright fruitiness that honors both its terroir and the remarkable women who cultivate it.
