From the highlands of Chiang Rai Province, Thailand comes this 2026 crop grown at Srima 9 farm. At 1000 meters altitude, a blend of Bourbon, Typica and Catimor varieties undergoes washed co-fermentation processing. The resulting cup offers aromatic rose blossoms paired with creamy coconut sweetness and candy-like notes.
