Roaster notes

In 2022, we met a group of young men from Yellikodige in India's Chikmagalur region who shared their ambitious vision to reverse climate change in the Western Ghats mountains. They are mobilizing young coffee farmers and introducing biodynamic farming methods to restore the landscape. This Demeter-certified coffee represents our partnership with their journey toward regenerative agriculture.
