Brazil Fazenda Rancho Grande

Roaster notes

Coffee production at Fazenda Rancho Grande began in 1933 when Mr. Aneite Reis inherited five hectares; the farm is now run by his son José Carlos and grandson Flávio (Fafa) Reis. The family allows coffee to rest for three to four weeks after drying before milling—a method that produces more fruity profiles than typical Brazilian natural coffees, with notes of fruits, malt, dark chocolate, and almonds.
