Roaster notes

This seasonal selection from The Village Coffee features a fully washed Bourbon from San Felipe farm in Santa Ana, El Salvador, grown at 1840 meters by the Salaverria family—now in their sixth generation of coffee production. The coffee is processed at their central mill Las Cruces with an overnight soak after pulping, then dried on clay patios or drying beds to preserve quality.
