Sourced from the Buena Vista farm in Petatán, this coffee is cultivated by Rosendo Domingo, a second-generation producer who has dedicated his family’s livelihood to quality for over three decades. His team meticulously hand-picks only ripe cherries and processes them with precise fermentation and sun-drying techniques. The parchment is carefully sorted by hand to ensure purity before export.
