Producer Paulo, an agronomist for Cooxupe cooperative by day, tends his own ten-hectare farm in the evenings using traditional Bica Corrida processing. The cup delivers a rich nutella character with sweet caramel and almondy notes backed by hints of dried fruit—a comforting single origin worth savoring.
