This Brazilian classic blends coffees from two renowned terroirs—Sul de Minas and Mogiana—united by the same variety and fermentation protocol under Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza's sustainability program. The result is an exceptionally balanced cup with minimal acidity and a rich, creamy body that delivers deep chocolate and caramel notes on the nose, followed by 85% dark chocolate and almond flavors on the palate. A sweet, indulgent coffee perfectly suited for espresso preparation.
