Café Blue Mountain

Roaster notes

From the historic St Cloud Estate in Jamaica's legendary Blue Mountains, this Typica coffee grows at 1000 to 1250 meters altitude before being washed processed. The result is a particularly harmonious prestige coffee with a smooth, juicy, and round character. On the nose, fresh tobacco, butter, milk chocolate, and red berries emerge, while the palate reveals dark chocolate, jammy red berries, stone fruits, cocoa, and hazelnut notes lifted by bright grapefruit acidity.
