Janson Los Alpes GN125 hails from Panama's Chiriquí region, cultivated on the fertile slopes of Barú volcano by a Swedish-founded family that has stewarded this land since 1926. Now in its third generation, Janson Coffee combines heritage with sustainable practices—solar energy, reforestation, and careful water management—to produce specialty coffees of remarkable purity. This lot expresses the distinctive terroir character of Panama's volcanic highlands, refined through decades of family dedication to quality and environmental stewardship.
