Finca Sophia GN51 Colibrí comes from Volcán, Panama, where this exceptional estate has been cultivating specialty coffee since 2008 under Willem Boot and fellow pioneers. Nestled near Nueva Suiza village and adjacent to La Amistad International Park, the farm prioritizes biodiversity through buffer zones that allow local wildlife to coexist with carefully tended coffee plants. Under Kelly Hartmann's direction, time, silence, and nature shape coffees of rare precision at this high-altitude sanctuary where the environment is respected as integral to quality.
