Stiven Hoyos - Colombia Washed Pink Bourbon
Roaster notes
This washed Pink Bourbon from San Agustin, Huila delivers a sparkling, floral cup with bright red cordial, fresh berries, and green apple notes leading to a syrupy aftertaste. At just 22 years old, producer Stiven Hoyos continues his family's four-generation coffee tradition in Colombia, having successfully brought 800 Red Caturra trees into production on the farm section his father entrusted to him.
