Don Rosales

Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee comes from Guatemala's Atitlán region in Chimaltenango, grown at elevations of 1200 to 1600 meters. It is a beautiful, soft and sweet cup with complex cocoa notes, complemented by sugarcane sweetness and light fruit undertones. The washed processing highlights these delicate flavors in this Bourbon and Typica blend.
