Panama Finca Sophia Lot 95

Roaster notes

This washed Geisha from Finca Sophia's Poro lot grows at 2,026-2,094 meters in Panama's Chiriquí region, named for the Palo Santo trees throughout this section of the farm. These nitrogen-fixing trees enrich the soil and enhance the vigor of surrounding coffee plants, with those growing closest to them often showing particularly strong performance. The beans were carefully harvested on April 2, 2025, washed to remove impurities, then underwent a 36-hour dry fermentation before drying on African beds for ten days.
