Sourced from La Roca State in Tolima, this washed Geisha lot is cultivated by Jorge Rojas on his family-owned farm using ecological agriculture methods. The beans undergo a distinctive two-step anaerobic fermentation process before being dried exclusively in Marquesina beds to enhance fruitiness and cup clarity. This careful approach aims to intensify the coffee’s natural flavors while maintaining a clean, full profile characteristic of high-end specialty production.
