From Kenya's Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society comes this coffee from the Githembe factory, where approximately 1500 farmers grow SL 28, SL 34, and Batian varieties in rich clay loam soil. The cherries are carefully pulped and washed at Githembe before traveling to Kiganjo for drying, following consistent processing methods across all three factories.
