This Pacamara from Jonathan Gasca in Bruselas, Huila is naturally processed to accentuate tropical character and vivid, juicy structure. Roasted light to let nuances shine, it delivers floral aromatics with tropical notes of kiwi and pineapple, brilliant acidity, and a long, clean finish. This coffee was used by Jack Simpson to win the 2024 Australian Barista Championship before placing second at the World Barista Championship.
