Roaster notes

Pedro is a third-generation producer working alongside his four sons on their farm nestled on the north slope of the Santa Barbara Mountains, just below Rainforest Mountain in the national park. The scenery here is beautiful and lush with humid air, where clouds and fog often drift among the coffee trees. Around 2012, Pedro began transforming from traditional to boutique coffee production, investing in infrastructure like large solar dryers while cultivating varieties including Pacamara, their favorite.
