At Finca Milán, producers Julio Madrid and Julio Andrés Quiceno have pioneered the "Nitro Washed" method—a bioreactor fermentation using nitrogen, fruit must, and starter cultures to unlock extraordinary flavor clarity and intensity. Roasted light to balance bright fruit notes with sweetness and body, expect lots of honeydew with a finish that's juicy, clean, and unmistakably vibrant.
