Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the Thunguri wet mill belonging to Kibirigwi Farmer Cooperative Society, grown on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya where farmers hand-pick carefully selected red, ripe cherries delivered for same-day processing. The cherries are fermented, washed and sun-dried before being milled at Sangana Coffee Mills and sold through Nairobi auction—a perfect example of specialty Kenyan coffee developed in an ideal region since 1953.
