Roaster notes

This Italian-style espresso blend features a dark roast reminiscent of southern Italy's traditional roasting methods, delivering a pronounced bittersweet character. The blend combines pulped natural coffee from Brazil as its main component—where beans are sun-dried with some fruit pulp intact for natural sweetness—with washed coffees from Guatemala and the Caribbean that contribute body, acidity, and complexity. The result is a full-bodied espresso with abundant sweetness and a fine crema.
