This decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia features the Excelso variety—known for its larger bean size—and is sourced from various small producers. Processed using a washed method and sun-dried, it undergoes the Swiss Water® decaffeination process to preserve its natural character. The cup offers mild acidity with a medium body, revealing flavors of chocolate, caramel, and apple on the palate.
